I see therapy as an exploration - an expedition of sorts - to find our way through life with our heart, mind and body in congruence and cohesion. The inner journey requires attention, energy and support, and I am here to offer those things. We will work collaboratively, uncovering what is interesting and worthwhile to YOU. You can trust my only agenda is for you to reach your goals, which we will identify together, so we can have a map of where we are going, and we will know when we’ve arrived.

For starters, my heart gets to be as big as it wants to be. When I am in the therapy room, everything else disappears and the connection you and I are creating becomes the only thing that is important.

I love uncovering the things that move you, that have meaning for you, so that we may use them as drivers for change and meaning. I follow what you offer in session to arrive at a place that leaves you understaning the “why” of what is up and illuminates the path to your goals.
